Dr. Katajun Amirpur new assistant professor for the Modern Islamic World with focus on Iran
Dr. Katajun Amirpur, born in 1971, has been appointed assistant professor for Modern Islamic World with focus on Iran by the university board of the University of Zurich. She will take office on 1st of February 2010 and will be part of the URPP Asia and Europe. Dr. Katajun Amirpur was stipendiary of the Fritz Thyssen foundation at the university of Bonn, Germany.
